International Orders

All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties and taxes will NOT be collected at the time of checkout. Only the shipping fees will be charged at the time of checkout.

If you refuse a shipment from Done Right and Co, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Done Right and Co. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@donerightandco.com.

Done Right and Co does not accept returns on any orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States. All purchases shipped outside of the United States are Final Sale. Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled. Special orders cannot be cancelled. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

Done Right and Co does not process orders on weekends or holidays observed by the company.
