Special Orders placed on donerightandco.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and are charged in full before being placed into production. Any item indicated on the site as a Special Order item including most Custom jewelry will be considered a final sale. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production. Special orders ship within 6-8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
