In the event your item is defective please contact us within 24-hours of receiving the item. We may accept exchanges within the 24-hour period, but the item must be in the same category with the same price or lower. The condition of the product purchased must be new, unused and in its original packaging and with all components included.


If you are sending a defective item back for an exchange, you must first request an RMA number for your package.  You can do so by contacting us at 832-712-7122 or For security reasons, insure the package and do not disclose the contents inside the package. Done Right & Company is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All exchanges of defective merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address is legible on the package.

Our sales team will contact you upon receipt of the package. We will confirm the jewelry's condition for damages or wear and tear during the 24-hour from the delivery date. 


Any down payment placed towards the purchase of jewelry, watches, or grills, must be paid in full within 60 days from the first installment date or you will lose your deposit. We will not refund or issue a store credit for any deposit that was not paid off within the 60-day time frame.  

DRI Distributors LLC reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time. 


Done Right & Company will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card. Once your order is fulfilled, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to ship via FedEx or UPS. All domestic and international packages will require an adult signature upon delivery. Most orders will be shipped from Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. Done Right & Company will not be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes for international shipping.


Done Right & Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages occurred once it leaves our property. Our company insures all packages and is not to presume responsible for filing a claim. Customers are accountable for reporting any and all claims to the appropriate courier.


Please note that you may incur custom duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, and other international fees associated with the item purchased. Done Right & Company has no involvement in custom policies outside the United States.

*All patrons paying with a credit card & debit card are subjected to a 3.30% + $0.30 processing fee.
